Twitch in the electric chair waiting to be brought back from the here after.  Scott (Toy Keeper) waiting for an assistant (a TOT) to pull the switch at which time the lights go out and thunder rolls.  After awhile a jacobs ladder comes on on top of the chair then the lights come on but flickering.  And if that isn't enough a strobe comes on and Twitch will start moving back and forth.  After a few Screams and TOTs huddled in the corner everything stops and the lights come back on.
